My Gear VR gift from the loaner says "in route" but no tracking number... I'd rather have my bird in my hand before I go for the other one in the bush....

That's exactly how I feel. I'm waiting for an actual tracking number on the first one before I submit something for the second one.

It's probably because your receipt date doesn't match up. That's why they ask for a copy of the purchase receipt along with your phone and retail outlet info. So they can verify your info against the info you have entered.

My dates do match up. My EIP which serves as my receipt through T-Mobile shows 9/21. I am going to highlight the date and resubmit.

If you do that, you may miss out...we do not know how long they are approving these replacement notes for free gifts...why miss out when it's no harm against you...Microsd cards are currently having delayed shipping because of increase demand so you do not have to worry about that shipment if it was already approved...it will eventually come

Submitted my first Note 7 receipt and received the Gear Fit 2

Submitted my S7 Edge loaner receipt for the SD card, and it is approved, preparing for shipment.

Submitted my replacement Note 7 receipt last night at about 10 pm for the Gear VR. It is approved and preparing for shipment as of this morning.

I was weighing that against the promo getting 'fixed' to only allow S7 and S7 Edge purchases since that is what the promo is for....

I submitted yesterday with my ATT exchange receipt (old N7 for new) dated 9/19 and selected "Other" for a Gear VR. I checked this morning and I'm approved and preparing for shipment.

I had already received the 256GB card from the original Note 7. I summited for the Gear Fit 2 with my replacement and the current status in under review. This does not sound good. :-\

I submitted for the Gear VR with my Verizon exchange reciept this morning. Within about 3 hours, it was approved.

Submitted for the Gear VR with my At&T exchange receipt this last night. I was approved this morning. So for the record 1 note Gear Fit 2, sd and now a VR. After all the trouble, I'm pretty pleased with Samsung.

Anybody on verizon not get a receipt for replacing over the phone? It is not in my online account either.

yeah i only got the long printed best buy receipt for the "repurchase" which i scanned and got approved with yesterday. Just make you scan it all the way to the bottom which shows your name on it.

Mr VR status is approved with using the Best Buy replacement receipt. Nice that we are able to Double Dip. Getting a free 256gb SD and VR takes away a bit of the $900 sting

I'm regretting choosing the card for my first Note. I already have a Gear S2 and Gear 2 Neo, so I figured why get the Gear Fit 2 over an SD card? If I knew then that I could get a card, VR, and watch...
Gonna wait a couple more days to see if they do another N7 promo, otherwise I'll get another 256GB card and sell it. Or maybe trade someone here for the Gear Fit 2...

I submitted 2xs for the SD card as i was afraid that I would not get the original offer with the drfective phone. So 2 SD Cards eere delivered today and I havr been approved for 2 more with the S7EDGE loaners noe now just got approved with the new Note7 Note for yhe VR headset.

I sometimes winder if Samsung is gonna refuse the take back the "loaners" from the carriers since yhey didn't say the S7/S7Edge could be used as loaners. And Verizon even yook my accessories.
