Best Buy must be acting on some fairly concrete information to send this out. If not, they are risking a lot of fairly upset customers if it doesn't come to pass.
Here's a strange question regarding this though. If the decision has been made that it is no longer infringing and that this nightmare is over, why can't shipments begin immediately? I guess I can understand that Sprint might want to wait to have the "official release" in stores on a date like Wednesday, but would they not just be able to give UPS the word and the shipments would start?
I wonder if UPS has to wait to hear official word from U.S. Customs and not just from Sprint or HTC?
