So I'm confused. I reserved a Verizon model blue 512 s20+ and got an email from Samsung saying I can preselect my phone to make the pre-order easier. So I went on to the store to select the original phone I configured and now it's saying that the blue one is "out of stock" in the 512 version. What is the point of reserving a certain configuration if you can't get it later on. Sorry never dealt with Samsung direct I usually go through Best buy. Looks like the 512 blue is out of stock for the unlocked version also.

I thought pre orders go live the 21st and all signups right now are just to be notified when pre orders go live?

On the Samsung S20 Reserve website, the grey is also Out of Stock on the 512 GB Ultra for all carriers and unlocked.

Idk this is what my email says. I might be wrong but when you go to select the phone it's out of stock. Maybe I'm good already since I've done that. Like I said new to using Samsung direct

But I've already selected what I wanted on Tuesday. Is there a way to track what you have already reserved?

How did you get the bonus $35 credit? I just reserved a Ultra 128GB Cosmic Black and got $200 credit, but not the extra $35.

I got the $35...I registered first day you could then used the link to "start your cart" where you can add the trade-in and get amounts, etc.

I just tried mine in my email and after I entered everything it said I'm already registered. I think this notification was supposed to go out on the 11th before you reserved it. I didn't wait for the email yesterday. I just went into the site. So this was just a reminder to do what you already did. The emails aren't synched with real events....lol

Maybe it's grayed out because it's only available in black. I could be wrong. But, I thought I heard that last week when the leaks were all coming out.

You might be right. The available colors disappear for different models but maybe it doesnt do that with storage options.

Yeah the model is only available in black this time around. The 128 is available in all colors for me. Idk I might just go with the 128 bc it made sense to upgrade to the 512 when it showed it was only 100 more now it shows 150 more

Where are you seeing only $150 more? The retail price of the 512 GB is $200 more than 128 GB version in the US.

Undecided but that’s my reservation as of now. I’ll see before pre order what i decide to order
I reserved different configurations

I hate how the trades are the same price for S10 vs 10+ and same with the Note 10 and 10+. I think I'm going to trade the S10+ and hold onto Note 10+

Yeah it’s always disadvantage buying the higher end models if you are trading within a year. Generally i used to sell the phone myself and get a used one Ebay and trade that one in which kind of gets you $200-$300 immediate savings depending how good of a deal you can find on the used one. But I’m too lazy this time to do that and will just trade in my Note 10.

I think they just want to keep the trade in process simple instead of having multiple price points based on version/storage etc.
