what should I do/shouldnt I do so that I can flash the ota ics when it comes out

To get the official ota, and you will have to be completely stock, and so the short answer is none of that unless you want to undo it all when the time comes

In truth, nobody knows what will or won't cause you to get the OTA, therefore your best bet is to remain 100% stock.
