Bit of a loaded question as everyone has different tastes. It really depends on what you like/need out of your phone.

ICS+Sense 3.6: I like Nils' Business ICSense. Very stable, very fluid, everything works
Or RezROM (the Sense 3.6 version). Also very stable, very fluid.

ICS+Sense 4.0: Currently I'm using Newt's One XxX and it's very nice. Very stable for a ported ROM and has lots of tweaks.
RezROM (Sense 4.0 version). Again, very stable for a Sense4 ROM. Lots of enhancements and tweaks. Probably only real draw back is that bored has taken a sebatical of sorts from deving and there's not ETA on if or when he will be back to provide updates.
Nils Business ICSense4.0. Now, I haven't personally run this ROM but I've run lots of Nils' stuff and its always top notch and he's a VERY responsive dev and kicks out updates almost too fast (if thats possible lol).

Every Sense 4 ROM will have the same basic issues, Bluetooth not fully functional, animated transitions not fully working (you can turn them off in settings) and probably a few I'm forgetting. I don't use bluetooth so it's not a problem for me to not have it.

Running Newts One XXX Sense 4 ROM for a couple weeks now and very stable and great. Bluetooth works fine on it - which is one of the main reasons I went with this Sense 4 ROM, as I use BT in my car for calls all the time.

Also, Beats works on ALL Music apps and sounds great on them!

Lots of tweaks are nice too...

How is the battery life on the one xxx and nils? I don't use bt so not a big deal.

I've been happy with cleanrom too, but I feel like I have an itch that needs scratched :)

I am right there with you...not to derail this thread but I feel like I have all my little tweaks figured out with Clean Rom (transparent dock, the battery I like) and I'm not sure if I want to deal with figuring out all those little things with a new rom. As much as I do not want to, I am waiting until the developers start working off of OTA.

That's where I was at and switched to Newt's One XXX and there is a good forum over at the MikMik. I'm loving it and the battery life is on a par with what I had with the CleanRom. Be aware the Newt is taking a break to clear up some personal issues so, like Scott, there won't be much going on for a few months. I will check out Scott's update after the official ICS (how's that for optimism?) drops. :D

Yeah, maybe waiting for an update after ota is a good idea, didn't think of that .

I'm running Nils 5.6 ICS rom and it is the best I've run.
Everything works without any bugs
I ran Newts Sense 4 rom for weeks and it was great, but there were a couple of minor bugs.
I also need bt in my car so Newts was the only Sense 4 rom I tried.
I prefer to use Nova or Apex, so I'm trying to decide whether to check out slim rom or conrom desensed.
I'm going away for a couple of days, so I need complete stability and will stick with Nils 5.6 and will probably flash slim rom when I return. I have tasker so I'll see if I can get around the phone number not showing when you receive a call.
