New S10 and sounds drive me crazy

I just got a new Samsung S10 last week and it makes continual sounds without telling me why. I finally turned the notification sound to "silent" and now it's vibrating at me. The only way I've been able to shut it up is to set the phone on "Do not disturb," and then I don't think I can get phone calls. I don't get many but I would like to have them. Any suggestions?

Does this persist if you turn off NFC?

If you restored from a previous back up, it might also be BT devices trying to reconnect (but not yet properly paired).

You can also install Samsung's Nice Catch so you can easily see a history of which notifications are being triggered (IF they are notifications) and which app or service is doing so.
