New S10+ having issues with echo/feedback on speakerphone

Hi All,

I recently purchased a new S10+ and from the beginning I found that anyone I am speaking to on the phone says they are getting really bad feedback and/or echoing of themselves when I use the speakerphone. The problem disappears when I use the ear speaker or a bluetooth headset. I checked all my settings compared to my previous S10, tried it without a case, covered the top N/C microphone, turned off WiFi calling, restarted the phone, cleared the cache and data for Bixby voice. Still no good. Looking for any advice from someone who may have experienced the same issue in the past before I go through returning the phone and getting a replacement, which just might do the same thing anyway !! Never had this problem with my regular S10. Searched around the web and everything I found so far has not helped.
