New S5 Active - what's on the top edge of the case?

Hi - on my third Samung, now rocking the Active model.

Curious: Look down at the top edge of the phone, with the headphone jack on the right. On the left side is a small hole and what looks like a tiny lens. Anyone know the function of these?

Great phone, but I do miss the Quick glance function.

It is the IR blaster and the hole is the secondary microphone.

Note to others whose eyesight might be as poor as mine - there is a tiny sticker over the IR blaster that you may want to remove.
