How do you get to the battery optimizer. I can't find that in any of my settings.

Certain carriers, such as verizon, have disabled that feature. Not sure why

This is the international version of the phone. I bought the phone on eBay. Definitely better phone than the carrier version.

I have come across that in a lot phones where U. S. Carriers take out major features that are in the intlmodels. I had several intl models of WP and about 10% of the features were not in the U.S. models.
