New S8+, how to remove profile image of donut, toast, giraffe etc.?

I've read a million q&a's and none work. There isn't a red "-" to remove image, I'm unable to edit it, I can't remove it. I can't send a text, then edit image from within the text. Phone is 48 hours old, ready to return it for an iPhone. Help!! Please!!

Edit it from Samsung account. From main settings menu click the picture in the upper right. Presumably it's a donut or a giraffe etc. That should take you to your Samsung account screen. Click on the image and reassign to your heart's content.
