Mine's frozen up twice. Both times took it to BestBuy. First time, we got it back on and it was deemed fine. Froze again this morning so I went back to BestBuy. They asked if I had been on a website and the answer was Yes, both times it was on CNN. They said that was a browser crasher due to all the Flash and updating running all the time. Gotta call that creative! but we'll see if I have the problem again since I'll be using the CNN app instead.
I'm sceptical but we'll see.
