new samsung tab s 10.5 starting to freeze

My unit is only two weeks old and doesn't have much on it. Recently it has started to freeze on the web. It also freezes on Candy Crush. I have no games or music on it.:'(

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have a microSD card inserted? If so, unmount it (in Settings>Storage), remove it, and reboot--a corrupt card can cause various problems.

If that doesn't work, try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: Wipe Cache Partition - Samsung Galaxy Tab® S

Mine's frozen up twice. Both times took it to BestBuy. First time, we got it back on and it was deemed fine. Froze again this morning so I went back to BestBuy. They asked if I had been on a website and the answer was Yes, both times it was on CNN. They said that was a browser crasher due to all the Flash and updating running all the time. Gotta call that creative! but we'll see if I have the problem again since I'll be using the CNN app instead.

I'm sceptical but we'll see.

I just went to the cnn website and it seemed to load without issue, a bit slow though. My wifi connection is at 50Mb. Try using Fox News.
