New sgn 3 and a question

On my note 10.1 2014 I have a smart cover and when I open it an app called daynote opens up and it has a calender and space to make notes, to do lists etc. Is that app or a similar one available for the note 3 phone if I get a smart cover? Tia.

With the Note 3 S-view cover, you can access Action Memo, without opening the cover. This is basically like a post it note square, no calendar. With the cover open and phone unlocked, you can access the note in action memo and link it to a calendar task as well as other actions. But with the cover closed, you can just make the note, not link it anywhere, since it will not open other apps from there with the cover closed. Opening the cover itself does not activate an app - it is the same as turning on your screen.
