New Tablet New Issue, Galaxy Tab S 10.5

I just purchased my tablet and received it yesterday. It had 20% battery life. I downloaded a few apps to start it all off, then after it had about 10% battery left I put it on the charger and let it do it's thing for about 4 hours. Ever since then it rarely gives me the battery with the lighting bolt, signifying it is charging with the 0% battery icon afterwards. I am charging it with the Samsung OEM charger to no avail. I've left it on the charger for 10+ hours and still nothing. Plugged it into my computer and it doesn't register as a USB device. What do I do next? Hopefully I didn't spend $400 on a busted tablet...

In the mean time, I'll let it "charge" via USB from my computer while I'm at work. Heard the "trickle charge" may be what it needs.

If it were me, I would exchange it for a new tablet ASAP.

Definitely something not quite right. It takes a while to fully charge it but shouldn't take 10+ hours. Get it replaced.

Only problem is, I bought it via good 'ol Ebay. Going to try a different charger tomorrow and hopefully it will resolve the issue, if not I'll get a return/replacement.

you paid by Paypal I hope? Go through them and Ebay (same company) if they mess you about.
