New to G3 and loving it.

Had a Samsung s3 and liked it at the beginning but ended hating it. Was getting horrible battery life. Would keep the phone in my pocket all day while working and get home to 40-50% battery with no use, and in good coverage area. Got replacement phone and tried factory reset to no luck.

Now with G3 I'm getting home with 80-85% battery. Got the circle case and love the full protection with no bulk. Only issue with the circle case is it is slick. You would think the texture would help but it doesn't. Love the look and feel of the phone with the buttons on the back.

I also owned a galaxy s3 and i can totally relate to were your coming from cause aswell as having ****ty life mine also started getting severe screen burn wich forced me to part with it. This g3 is my first lg phone and i never really give lg a thought in the past but ever since i got the g3 i give them credit now because they've made a nice solid phone with what i think is superb software and it got lollipop rather quick aswell. Enjoy your phone cause im loving mine

I also have the quick circle case and yep your right, i often switch between the quick circle case and a gel case. I like to have the phone bare when at home but wont dare take it out without one of my cases on lol

Congrats on your purchase! I have had mine for nearly two weeks now and I love it. Much, much better than the ZOPO ZP998 it replaced.

Plus I really like the 4G LTE connection on Cricket, in Austin TX the 4G LTE basically saturates the city because of the good planning AT&T did.

I wish the circle case was a little more grippy but I love it other wise. I ordered the spigen magnetic clip for the case and it'll be here tomorrow.

Welcome to AC and the G3 zone

The exact same thing happened to me and my S3, at first I loved it and then the battery life went a bit funny like yours.
1 day I woke up and the phone was on but the screen was to dark to see, definitely left a bad (Samsung) sour taste in my mouth.

This is my first LG phone and I'm sure it wont be my last
