I'm moving from my Droid to TB today, and want to know if there is a way to move apps from the Droid storage card to the TB storage card, or do I have to download all over again? What about those very few apps I had to pay for?

Thanks to all who answer.

Any apps you've bought or downloaded through the Google Market will be downloaded onto your new Bolt once you get your account setup. As far as Google is concerned, Apps purchased/downloaded are linked to your Google account, not to any specific phone or tablet, so you won't have to repurchase any apps you bought. Depending on how many you have, it might take a while to download and install them all, but it will all work out.

Now if you installed anything without using the market, those you'll have to download again and reinstall those on your own.

I dont think you can copy the android.secure file over to the new card, but its worth a shot.
If that doesnt work, connect the droid via WiFi to the market download MyBackup free, move all apps back to the phone then back them up an then cut an past them from one card to the other, moving the "Reware" file

Start Fresh! As other post mention any Apk that you bought it through the Market going to be Automatic recognize, but you need to go to the Market hit menu>my Applications and you will find those there.

Any purchased Application ( no through Market) that you have in your Droid SD card you need to copy those to your new TB SD card and install from there. Any Additional free APK you better install a Fresh copy Updated from the Market because most of then in your old Droid card will be Outdated and need to be Update it anyway.

if you use Back Up Apk, Do not Restore APKs system Data* just Restore the APK itself.
