New Touchwiz?

Greetings,

I know there were rumors when the S5 was released that the S4 would get the newer version of Touchwiz. Is this no longer in the rumor mill? Simple things, like the notification panel, would be nice to have (S4 is so dark/dull/square, whereas S5 is brighter/circles). Just wondering....

I haven't heard anything solid lately. They may have given up on it, or it got pushed back.
