For me it took away the vibrations for the buttons at the bottom. multi window and back button.

On this update I did notice my haptic vibrate feedback is not as strong or should I say it does not vibrate like it use to. I increase it all the way up but it still feels lite. I think it was set this way for better battery life. But this should be set by the user not an update.

Nope, it's on. I even turned it off, then back on to make sure.

On mine the vibration intensity for the bottom keys is very faint but not completely gone, so it may seem that it is off. (I actually like it that way).
