New Update/ anti shake problems

Ok I can't even turn on my anti shake on my camera since this update and when I try to take a selfie is looks blurry and won't let me turn on my flash but if I take a pic of what it's front of me it crystal clear what do I need to do
Help me plz somebody ....Anybody

Settings -> Application manager -> ALL -> Camera: clear cache and clear data

I had the same problem. Turn off Auto Night Detection then you can turn on anti shake. It's right under anti shake in settings.
