New update for the Dinc2

Looks like it's fixes a few minor things. It adds emergency alerts and the ability to do screen shots.

When I view my list of text messages, everyones picture to the left has disappeared, but when i open the text their picture is there. Cant figure out how to get this back to normal. Has it happened to anyone else?

I just got GO SMS and all the pics show up in it. Maybe a temporary fix until a real one is discovered?
