new update messed up my screen

I installed the new update and now a portion of my screen does not work, I went into quick memo and drew and found the area where i cant touch, if I touch there it wont work right. any one else have this issue?

Nope, mine is fine. I don't think the update caused it, more likely just a coincidence that the hardware failed around the same time.

I had this happen but not from the update. I called Vzw and spoke with a level 2 service rep. He had me go to the note taking app and try to draw lines going down the screen and that confirmed the defect for him. Vzw sent me a replacement phone over night.

Hopefully you're still within your first year or have insurance. Take the phone into the store, draw the lines on the note pad to show them, get a replacement.

Ok thank you. Im not even lieing, this happened the exact day of the update. I have replacment insurance

Had the same problem. My knock-on stopped working too, but I could still use knock-off. Called Verizon and they had me hard reset my phone. That did nothing. They ended up overnighting me a new (refurb) phone.
