Change the date and time , and go check for Software update.

Yeah, try changing your date to two days ahead and then check for updates and see if that forces it. I actually how I got mine on the 1st of the month.

check and make sure you don't have wifi turned off. I know it is obvious but it happened to me last year. turned off wifi to do something then forgot to turn it back on for a couple of months.

Are you on ATT? I got the Nov1st update, but still don't have the update that gives me Onedrive integration.

Just had my 2nd update of the month, Samsung cloud/Onedrive integration and also another fingerprint algorithm update coming in at 217.59mb.
