New update on AT&T HTC One M8?

The Device Management icon suddenly appeared this morning. Usually this appears when an incoming update is pending.

I just connected to wifi to download it. I'm wondering if it's the stagefright update?

I got an update today on EE (UK), downloading at the moment but it's only a small one called 4.19.61.3. Still on 5.0.1 so not the one we've been waiting for.

I just installed it but I'm not sure what it actually updated. The versions are still reporting as:

Android Version 5.0.2
HTC Sense version 6.0
Software number 4.28.502.2
HTC SDK 6.55

Yep, same thing. The update wasn't too big, but afterwards noticed my versions are the same as yours.

I got patch for Stagefright vulnerability today, that's probably it.

Just picked up an update but didn't check the numbers before hand so not sure. Assuming it's Stagefright patch.

I just got mine, I know this post is for AT&T version, but I cannot find a post about South East Asian HTC One M8 update. The update weighed about 225mb, and after that, my software version is up to 4.24.709.3. Is this the stagefright update? Or did this also bring android 5.0.2 since prior to this, I was on 5.0.1...

225mb is large..that's something else. The update I got was small. Few mb.
