Yeah they're full of sh^t. We clearly got the September update.I just talked to att . First they told me that Samsung had to manually do the update and then they told me that they have not received the Aug or Sept update from Samsung yet. All they have is July.
Att sucks a fat kawk. Glad I ditched em years ago.Yeah they're full of sh^t. We clearly got the September update.
In Finland we have also the camera update, got it few hours ago.
Chatted with Samsung and the rep told me to take the phone to best buy to the Samsung service center. Didn't want to have to do that but I don't have much choice. I'm definitely not going to at&t.
Did you call their attention to the Note9 Software Update page on their website? It lists an Aug 24 update (ARH4) with the Aug 1 security patch, and a Sep 21 update (ARI5) with the Sep 1 security patch:I just talked to att . That's just the security update, not the camera update.I just got this 20 minutes ago. Unlocked Galaxy Note 9 on Verizon in the USA.
Again, that's the old ARH6 firmware, with no camera improvements. This thread is about the new ARI7 firmware, with camera improvements.I just got this 20 minutes ago. Unlocked Galaxy Note 9 on Verizon in the USA.
I see clearly improvements in lowlight shots. Pictures of lamps and lightbulbs were previously overexposed now they come out clean and much more defined.I got it here in Sweden and can't find any improvement at all for the camera. Must be very subtle. Took a bunch of pictures in daylight and in the evening with low light but they look as it did before
That's not the Sep 1 update. That's the ARH6 update, released on Sep 26. It's at the Sep 1 security patch level. The release notes for ARH6 do not list any camera improvements. What are the release details of the update? I have the September 1 update in the US[.] Not sure if the camera improvements have rolled out yet here[.]

This thread is about the ARI7 update, which is also at the Sep 1 security patch level. The ARI7 update includes several camera improvements, as shown in the first post of this thread.
