I have T-mobile, but have not gotten this notice yet.
this update kiled samsung pay for me :'(
Try uninstalling and re-installing it. It didn't kill it for me; updated in the morning, made a payment in the afternoon.

It's not going to happen to everyone but I tried unstalling multiple times, reboot, clearing cache and storage of samsung pay and still stuck at the start screen, the loading symbol spins endlessly
Have you tried it in Safe Mode?
Thank you for the advice, I tried but unfortunately samsung pay is not available in safe mode![]()
Yeah, but because it's not running it might be easier to clear its cache or uninstall/re-install properly.
How do you "re-install properly" I've cleared cache, storage and uninstalled and reinstalled from the play store or galaxy apps at least 10 times with no luck. I just tried force stop samsung pay framework and samsung pay app, cleared cache, cleared data, uninstalled, rebooted in safe mode, installed from the play store in safe mode. Again I was not allowed to open the app so rebooted in normal mode. Opened samsung pay and again endless loading symbol.
