New update this morning

Got this this morning and not sure if anyone else got it? Sure it is just a security update.
I'm on Sprint in the Boston area.

I got the same update and now my phone is rebooting by itself.

There must be more than a security update in this one - the Android monthly security updates on my Nexus 7 run about 10-15MB (the security update on my Nexus 7 today was 13MB).

I downloaded this update but will wait to install it until I see what it is all about. On Sprint in the Albany New York area.
