New Update

I see people are posting the new update improves battery life. Is it true???

It's my guess, but no more than that, that any improvements to battery life caused by these firmware updates would only be noticeable if you were to do some controlled before-and-after comparisons, and that's not how most of us use our devices. The manufacturers can do that however so it's my guess, again, that we all have better battery life after the updates, whether we're aware of it or not.
