Usually the patch is not that big. 510MB is pretty large for just the stagefright patch.

This is what I was thinking. I wouldn't have posted it, but I was curious to see if anyone else received it yet for the developer edition. Does seem pretty large.

I am pretty sure 2.11 has to do with Stagefright. I got 5.1 the sane time . Just got it a couple weeks ago.

Yeah, not 5.1.1, it also took a long time to update. It takes into to the "oemRUU" mode like three times to flash whatever various firmware packages. It didn't do that last update.

I honestly sold my M9 recently to back the NextBit Robin. I do know that HTC is skipping 5.1.1 to focus on Marshmallow. Not sure why it's so large though.

I just installed this update, and now my screen stays on while charging (specifically, it shuts off briefly, but then turns-on within a couple seconds). Any idea on how to fix this?

Edit: Nvm, it seems to have fixed itself after a while.
