Has anyone else been able to confirm if this is a new post-3.2.1 patch? At 15MB it isn't the full 3.2.1 release. Looking at my device it appears the build number of 3.2.1 is "*A3000_16_160705" so that "2050" at the end is what makes me think this is post 3.2.1.

OK, so looking at the 1+ community forum it looks like the incremental update from 3.2.0 to 3.2.1 was 15MB. That is probably what keyz was downloading. So at 3.2.1 still no resolution for notifications it seems.
