New V20 on ebay

Looking at buying a new V20 on EBay. Has anyone bought from or had an experience with TOPURCH? Are they really new? Did you have any problems getting a new sim card from Verizon?

Careful, lots of FAKE replicas of the V20s coming from China. Always read through seller feedback, ask questions, and check the IMEI status. Swappa is no better than eBay (I've had bad experiences there before) so do your research. eBay luckily has purchase guarantee, if something is wrong, you'll get your moneby back but it needs to be in a certain timeframe. Always immediately check the IMEI even after you already purchased it, many times there's an overdue balance on it.
