New Verizon note that 7- photo app

Hi

Got my new replacement verizon note 7, I am unable to change photo app settings?

When I click the setting wheel, it shows the settings page and then insantly goes back to camera app.

Found the solution.. It was delveoper options settings.

In this case I think the forums failed miserably. The guy got no help at all and finally was able to figure it out on his own.
