New verizon unlimited plans

New verizon unlimited plans. I have two phones on the grandfathered unlimited plan, and an additional line with 10gigs of service. The old lines usage is about 20g, and 6g a month. The 10g line uses about all of the 10g each month, going over some months where I have to add another 2g. The main questio I have is are the speeds throttled when all phones on the plan combine to hit 22g, causing all the plans lines to be throttled, or does each phone have until 22g before that line is throttled leaving the other lines operating at 4glte service? I spend about $300 per month now with 1400 shared minutes and unlimited text.
