Can someone help me out...I tried to download the update, and it failed for some reason. "Software not updated to 25A -- Failed...error code: 412" Now when I search for updates, it tells me "No new system update available". WTF? How do I get the update back? Thanks

I had a similar issue with my daughter's G3. I wiped the cache and rebooted, then connected the phone to my PC. The phone loaded a support tool from VZW and LG that checks for and downloads the update file and then installs it to the phone.

Installed the update yesterday and phone kept re-booting. Had to do a complete factory reset and now everything seems to be working fine, but I now have to re-load all of my apps.

Persistent Location Found notification is still, well, persistent.

I get that too, have to restart phone to get rid of it. Still having Slow Wi-Fi issues.

Even after reboot it still comes back. I'm thinking it might be Facebook. Not sure yet. I'm combing through my location permissions disabling as much as I can.

I don't have FB, but I get it from time to time. If I set location services to battery saving, I don't get the persistent notification. It only happens if the GPS sensor is turned on.

I do notice that battery life seems pretty good and the camera has never captured images faster than since I updated.
