New Version of Google Play Store Available

Has anyone else noticed that the new play store doesn't give you the date the app was released, current version, etc. The stuff that was at the bottom of the description. Is it still available somewhere because right now I can't find it and I find it quite annoying.

Not only that, but since they changed it, it won't work on my VZW phone anymore.

I've just created a new gmail account and took the old one off the phone trying to get Play Store to access its' own servers. Claims there is no internet access....

Huh? Everything else that uses the internet runs just fine and fast, regardless of it being on WiFi or DATA. Hard to think that the phone is configured wrong if everything else works.

Decided to go back to the oldest version of my phone that I had with Kies 3.0 which happened to be May 17th.

Fixed the phone.... Now all I need to do is use the last version I made yesterday to restore the apps and Contact List.

Kies to the Rescue!

So now Play Store won't open because I have background data disabled. What does it need background data on for when I have auto-updates off. It worked just fine adding apps to the needs updating list up until now. The most annoying part though is that when you click enable, it doesn't take you to the setting to turn background data back on. It just shows you your auto-sync list. Google, this is very Apple of you and I don't like it one bit!

That and frequent connection failures. In both cases a force close and restart seems to clear the issue (and without turning on background data).
