New warning in phone app ("Delete all history?") when trying to delete a single call record

I often delete spam call records in the Android phone app to declutter my call history list. Today I'm seeing a new warning when I long-press the call record and tap "delete" from the menu options (my usual way of deleting individual call records). The warning says "Delete all history?" with options to Cancel or Delete. This will not delete my entire call history, will it? I am afraid to try it and find out.

I just installed the September 2019 update to the current version of Android.

Thanks for registering. I've tried the same steps on my Moto G7+ and got the same message (Delete all history). I went ahead and it deleted only that entry, don't worry about it.
