I just switched from iPhone 7plus last week and am having trouble with my music that transferred.
I see it in "audio files". How do I get it into a more usable format???? An app?? Or??
Also wifi was dropping off in my house but now seems to be stable.
Love this phone.
Thanks for your help!

Hello all! I'm visiting from iMore, because my cousin just got her Google Pixel 2 XL yesterday. She switched from a Galaxy 6 and is having difficulty in finding her music. She also was hoping to be able to use the ringtones she had on her Galaxy. So if you have any answers, advice and/or suggestions for her, please let me know! I will be happy to share them with her, and, encourage her to sign up for AC and this forum! Thanks in advance!

@Jack Hoppus If you open the Google Play Music app and set it to show offline only, do they appear in there?
@Annie_8plus For ringtones, I like using Zedge, I've found some of the Samsung notification sounds there but I've also just zipped them from device to device using a file manager (I prefer Solid Explorer, would avoid ES File Explorer) and Bluetooth or NFC.
