New York City Gingerbread Update

Has anyone in the New York City area received the gingerbread update?

The update does not roll out by geography. HTC pushes it out. I'm sure there is a rhyme and reason to it like by ESN or something, but we don't know what it is.

Sometimes clearing your cache, cookies, and history alongside updating data profile might be able to push an update faster to a device. However, do keep in mind that this step only work if the update has been sent out.
