I love this phone. Had it for 2 weeks great battery life. Works great on straight talk at&t. I get 4G and it's fast.
Has some bloatware on it but I just ignore it and disabled what I could.

Nice to hear! I have the ZenFone 2 (the one that came before the Laser), and it's been an impressive phone for the most part. I agree, though--too much ASUS bloat, although some of it is pretty decent.

I have a system update. Tried to update it and it didn't update. Oh well it still works great.

What happened when you tried to update? Error message? Or just nothing happened?

Odd. Try wiping the cache partition: New Steps to Wipe Cache in Zenphone 2-ZE551ML. These steps should work for the Laser as well.

I wiped the cache and still get the same error when trying to do the system update. Will try the update using my pc this weekend.

I updated manually downloaded update to pc and dragged the zip file to root directory on phone. Unplugged cable from phone and it found the update and asked if I wanted to update.
Worked great.
