just bought a second hand unit, LG LTE Tag, f120l.

I cant open the 3g/4g and what's the meaning of that one on the status bar?

i hope someone could help me.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you sure mobile data is turned on? Go to Settings>Wireless & Networks>More>Mobile Networks, and make sure "Data Enabled" is checked on. The exact menu might differ slightly with the device. If it is on and you're not getting any signal, have you spoken to your wireless provider?

Not sure what that icon is.
