I tried rooting my phone, not exactly sure what happened as the programme was in some asian language, anyways i got this app called 'superuser' and i also got 'freedominstaller' and since then i haven't been able to get access to the Google play store due to a 'authorization' problem. so i took matters into my own hands and decided to reset the phone to factory settings, so all i have to do is sign into my Google account right? well apparently it 'couldnt establish a reliable connection to the server' what is going on? i have scoured the internet, changed settings, nothing works, if anyone out there can help please do so.
