newbie to thunderbolt.. actually first smart phone ever...question?

Why will my phone restart while I am in the middle of doing something? It happens 4-5 times a day. Is there something I'm doing wrong or wrong with my phone?

One more question people say swype is the best thing is swype compatible with thunder or would you recommend something else.

What's the OTA? Thanks for your help. I have also never used swypr. Only seen it used. I can find the app it just doesn't wotk wondering if anyone recommends something else

ota = over the air

there was an ota update pushed on 5/12. if you don't see it yet, you can go to the software updates and get it.

Download and check out Flex T9 Text Input.

GREAT keyboard! It also has an excellent speech to text input, as well as a swype type keyboard!

Amazon was offering it for free, yesterday... if you have the Amazon store installed, check for it there.
