Newest Pixel Charging Stand and Pixel 6 Pro behaviors?

They are paired. I am not sure what type of behavior to expect (they comply with SIT, ROLL OVER, etc) :)?

I guess I expected that the 6 Pro would go into a complete darkened and silent, do-no-disturb state until removed from the stand. No lights, no intermittent displays, no sounds, chirps or beeps if an email or text come in during the night. I've only had the arrangement a few days but I've occasionally noticed the screen is displaying something (across the room) and I've heard my email tone, also.

Maybe I am missing a setting. I have:

"Screen is off when dark" (toggled on (I presume brownish is ON))
"Do Not Disturb while docked - also toggled on.

Photo frame, sunrise alarm, home control are off.

Charging mode - MAX.
As for this one, yesterday morning after being on the charger all night it was only 64%, not sure if there was a misalignment or it needed to be MAX or if the intermittent light/sounds were eating power.

I set it to MAX last night and this morning it was 100%

So, should it be SILENT and DARK while docked? Or is there another deeply hidden applicable setting?

Thanks in advance.

I also use the "Do Not Disturb" setting while docked. Mine remains silent. The Always On Display remains visible.

I have mine set for silent as well, only allow texts or calls from favorites to come through. Somehow, and only occasionally, I get a notification beep about the security camera. Wakes up my wife and life ends as we all know it. I now keep the phone downstairs at night on another charger and can't figure out which setting might need to be changed. I could always have it go into DND when docked and turn the volume all the way down but that defeats the purpose of favorites.

If you have those settings on, then yes it should be silent and dark while docked. It's probably a bug.

I had my docked settings to show the time/notifications and I noticed it would sometimes turn 'do not disturb when docked' turned on when I had set it to off.

Thanks for the reply.

I have "do not disturb" while docked but I heard the chirp at 4:44am. I usually don't look at the clock during night but decided to check. When I got up, sure enough, there was an email from nobody in particular at 4:44am. There was another a bit later. So, clearly, it is not obeying the dock settings. I just added a sleep "do not disturb" and I'll see if that works.
