Have you guys used Nova launcher? I'm currently using it and love it, I'm just curious if those of you that have used both prefer Next? Also, could you tell me why you do or do not prefer it.

I have been looking at this launcher since your post, but I have been reading significant battery draws from it. Have you noticed a difference at all?

I'm running it on both my S4 and my One. No affect at all on the S4. On the One, 2 out of 3 days this week it killed the battery. I uninstalled and re-installed it and no problems since then. There are almost daily updates to it which is great.

+1. I have no issues with Nova, but would love to hear why people choose Next over Nova.

Next is 3d with amazing live wallpapers, more customizations and integrated lock screen app.

You're not the only one I've heard voice that sentiment today I downloaded it and did the code thing, but it is just way too gimmicky for me. Uninstalled.

I'm with you. I installed it and felt like I had a sugar rush. Way too busy and in your face. I want a UI that is simple, elegant and understated. Something that looks classy but just works. This was like the Michael Bay of launchers.

The promo thing seemed to work great for me and now I really like Next launcher. My problem is, I woke up this morning and it's telling me that my trial period is up? Anyone else that tried to promo thing getting this? Don't get me wrong, I like this launcher but $15.99? If your app costs as much as a happy ending it better make me feel as warm and fuzzy.

That's the way I felt also,I use move and apex both paid versions and I tried next launcher 3d and it felt gimmicky and almost a style of tw that Samsung would come out with,just my preference I'm a minimalistic I change often mostly stuff I find on my color screen.

The one is the first phone that the next launcher actually works smooth on. Not sure it's worthy of a 16.00 price tag but the memorial day special was more worthy.
