Next phone similar to the Note 2. When?

So I bought my gf the Note 2 for her birthday and i am so jealous of the phone. My upgrade is not up until October so I'm hoping there is a new and improved version of the Note 2 or perhaps a competitors puts out a similar phone to compete?

Samsung is rumored to be making product announcements at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Spain in March... so we should see the next generation of Samsung Note devices then...
