O oddtay Active member Aug 10, 2012 30 0 0 Oct 22, 2014 #2 I believe you can. The phone doesn't care who's using it. I believe if you stop paying, AT&T reports it to credit bureaus but doesn't reposes the phone. Posted via the Android Central App
