Next to a contact name in text messages theres a + sign. What does that mean?

In only one contact theres a + sign next to the contacts name. No other contact has it or any other text. And when i touch that symbol it takes me to duo call. Why is that

Welcome to Android Central! It's probably because your Contacts app knows which of your contacts have also set up Duo.
