Next update for s4 in the uk

Just wondering when the next update will be out for s4 in the uk. And is it worth updating?

I'm on the fence about updating. If I update to 4.4, Permissions Manager won't work. But maybe 4.4 cures the camera bug. If you have transitions/animations set to off or 0.5, using the camera resets it back to 1.0.
