hi folks! Lovely Nexus 10 Found Almost Dead. Please Help
Have an Nexus 10 well used for several years. Love it so much.
Firstly it stopped (or very slow charge and very sensitive to the charging cable) charging.
The power button looks weak, like pushed into the body. And does not click.
I bought a new replacement battery, install , everything was the same.
Symptoms: When plug in the wall charger the short vibration start, then battery sign appear on the screen, then changes to Charging Battery (moving indicator), then in minute or so screen back to black and nothing happens.
Does not react on any single or multi buttons press.
What can be a problem?
USB port, Power button or something else?
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to Android Central! That may be difficult to troubleshoot, because if the Power button is broken and can't be engaged, then there won't be a way to try to power it on.

First, make sure you've kept the tablet plugged into a wall outlet for at least 24 hrs, undisturbed. Then, press and hold the Power button for at least 10-15 seconds--you may have to really dig into the button to make sure it's registering. If it still doesn't turn on, then I'd bring it to a repair shop and ask them to consider replacing the Power button.
