nexus 10 shows wrong time zone

My nexus 10 shows central standard time even though I am in England. I don't find any way in settings or the clock app to control this. The clock app has a switch for showing a 'home' time while traveling. It is selected and only one time is shown.

Go to settings. Under system (near the bottom), select "Date and time", then "Select time zone."
