Nexus 10 wont turn on

I tried everything someone please help i hold the power button for 1min wont turn on i tried everyway i hold power and both volume and it wont turn (1min) i tried power and wolume down (1min) and even power volume up (1min) even with the charger pluged in. also before this happened when i try to update my nexus (with root) and when it finish i cant get pass the screen after google.

Welcome to Android Central! How long have you tried to charge the tablet? Keep it plugged in and don't disturb it for a good 10-12 hours or so, then try again.

Are you running the stock ROM, or a custom one?

I use the program nexus root toolkit
