Nexus 10 - Youtube slow

Since February update my Nexus 10 will only part play, not play and freeze when accessing YouTube videos. Prior to this ALL videos were fast to access and play.
Any clues?

Turn off WiFi Optimisation in your WiFi settings and see if it makes a difference...
